NC field-grown strawberries are blended with cucumbers, red bell peppers, aged red wine vinegar and a touch of fresh mint in this bright take on gazpacho. It's more savory than sweet, but the flavor of strawberries comes through nicely. This is a ready-to-eat pint that should not be frozen and defrosted later.
