A pureed black bean soup inspired by moles in Puebla, Mexico. Not at all spicy, with depth of flavor from unsweetened chocolate, smoked paprika and roasted red peppers that we put up over the summer. Preorder only.

black beans, water, onion, sweet potato, carrot, red pepper, garlic, olive oil, salt, unsweetened chocolate, spices.
