A broccoli soup through and through. The stalks are steamed and pureed with broccoli leaves, spinach and sharp white cheddar to form the base of this light soup, while the florets are chopped so that there are tender green buds in every bite.

broccoli, onion, water, spinach, half-and-half (milk, cream), potato, sharp white cheddar (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), celery, garlic, spices, olive oil, salt.
