Our most popular broth, this makes a lovely and easy weeknight meal. Natural separation happens when defrosted (but disappears when heated), as the coconut milk we use does not contain any gums or stabilizers.

Ingredients

coconut milk (coconut cream, water), water, onion, carrot, garlic, ginger, makrut lime leaf, salt, kombu.
