COCONUT LIME BROTH

Inspired by tom kha gai, a Thai coconut milk soup. Use the broth to make your own springtime soup with grains or noodles, wilted greens, sautéed mushrooms, and/or a protein of choice. Top with a squeeze of lime juice and fresh mint or cilantro. It's very versatile and forgiving, and you will love the flavor.

Ingredients: coconut milk (coconut cream, water), water, onion, carrot, garlic, ginger, lime leaf, salt, kombu
