Traditional vichyssoise is one of the simplest and most versatile soups out there - a cold, delicate, pureed soup of leeks, potatoes, broth, and cream to finish. In this version, roasted garlic plus kale adds color and a wonderful flavor to this light soup that can be served chilled (traditional) or heated.
