MATZO BALL

Three matzo balls made with pastured eggs in a rich, homemade vegetable stock. Finished with a carrot, celery and parsley garnish. Comes to you as a ready-to-eat quart.  If it will be more than 3 days before you intend to serve this, we recommend storing the matzo balls separately from the broth for the best texture when reheated and served.

Broth Ingredients: water, onion, leek, celery, carrot, apple, garlic, salt, parsley, tomato paste, olive oil, nutritional yeast, spices, peppercorn

Matzo Balls Ingredients: eggs, matzo meal (unbleached wheat flour, water), water, vegetable oil, salt, parsley, spices, black pepper
