DAIKON with ZA’ATAR

This creamy soup made with daikon radishes as the first ingredient is vegan and gets its tang from za'atar, a middle eastern spice blend made with sumac.  Bonus points that rice is grown in NC too.

Ingredients: daikon radish, carrot, onion, rice, water, white wine, garlic, nutritional yeast, za'atar (hyssop, sesame seeds, sumac, thyme, sea salt), salt, olive oil, rosemary
