ASSISTANT MANAGER

AVAILABILITY REQUIRED: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays.
HOURS/WEEK: 36-38
COMPENSATION: Salaried, DOE
DESCRIPTION:
Your role is divided between all the different components that go into making and distributing our soups. 50% of your time will be in the kitchen, alongside our small kitchen team to see soups through from start to finish. 40% of your time will be running deliveries and working at weekly farmers’ markets. And, 10% of your time will be spent on inventory, social media, administrative support, or other special projects determined by the employee and management. There is no direct supervision of other employees.

— Physical and mental stamina and healthy endurance, ability to lift 30lbs comfortably and spend several hours at a time standing
— Organized and be prompt at responding to text and email communication
